We are a full-service junk removal company but what we really do is help home and business owners regain space by removing their unwanted items and safely disposing of them. On-site, our staff provide an estimate for the customer based on how much space their items take up in the truck. Once the price is agreed upon, we get started right away and begin removing their unwanted items from wherever it is located. That means we clear out basements, attics, garages, backyards, high-rise apartments and office buildings of unwanted clutter. All the customer has to do is point and we take care of the rest.

quickly respond to online inquiries
schedule customer appointments
light data entry and general office duties
support truck team labourers as needed

There are two main functions of the Office Assistant: assist with booking jobs, customer service and tracking truck teams. The secondary function is making sure payments are accounted for, paperwork properly filled out and organized.


Expect to grow with us as the company expands across Ontario (we’ve more than doubled our business in the past 12 months… and we’re still only operating out of Ottawa!). This is a sweet place to work and many of us have been here for 2-3+ years.

You’ll be assigned responsibilities that are not outlined in this job posting as we get to know you and learn your strengths. There is an opportunity for you to start working full-time if you’re a good fit. We’ll even work around your schedule and keep it static so you’ll always know when you’re working next.
